First of... YES, I have searched this forum for that plugin... and NO, there is not any available.

So my humble request is that somebody skilled makes a plugin that simply announces when a admin connects. Of course there should be an option to disable announces and also a minimum-adminlevel to make an announcement.

see i wonder, people claim they have used the search button - but do they really mean it?

heres a tip when searching using a computer be VERY broad at first you wont pull any results with a search like "1337 plugin announces admins with kick level" heck even "announce admins" might be too much, I sugest using the primary verb only when searching .... I found a very nice plugin but as much as I'd like to just link to it, you'll have to find it; however, I can help in as much as the search word is "announce" and the plugin maker is kingpin.
