Also if you want to heal someone, here's some much more helpful stocks: https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=2357367

Properly checks max health whereas what he posted will be inaccurate if you have weapons that alter your maxhealth, allows healing up to overheal, custom overheal amounts, adds the green numbers above your HP and above your head as an option, doesn't limit itself to not work if the player doesn't have an active weapon equipped (if you want to heal civilians), and can work on the escape plan. (You should check for escape plan / equalizer separately).

Also don't click on Waka Flocka's link about his issue, his url is hiding a video that'll directly download to you unless you have such links disabled.

I want to be able to

if (EntityHasAttribute(iEnt, "mod weapon blocks healing"))

well, I only care about the int index rather than the string.

Attached is the update gamedata for tonight's update. Happy Halloween!

The gamedata for the following items is updated in the attachment:
CEconItemSchema::GetAttributeDefinitionByName
CEconItemView::GetItemDefinition

The following functions may still need updating: (looking into them)
CAttributeManager::ClearCache not used in plugin
? CEconItemSchema::GetAttributeDefinition squeaks by
? CEconItem::SetCustomName not used in plugin

Updated gamedata's now on GitHub. Going to remove gamedata from the main post so people just go to GitHub for it.
