Hi there, I don't know whats wrong with csgo server, I've installed fresh server in august 21 after the realease of CS:GO, started server and i got empty background while connecting to the server(I mean nothing happens, look at the image) .
gamemodes.txt is default.
gamemodes_server.txt :

But the server is up and online, what can be wrong?

I have the same problem in casual mod.
Only works if they are 2 or more players connected.

Wrap maxplayers with quotations.

"maxplayers" "10"

Should also add your IP to your batch.

EDIT: Nope, that doesn't help. Same loading screen.

Just add +ip your_ip_here to the command line ( batch file where you start up server )

Update your server , this is because valve has updated cs:go game servers

No, it was working yesterday when i added +ip
And for sure today I'm gonna update

Using latest updates I have always had the exact same problem. I believe it only goes away when the server is NOT in hibernation. I believe it is the hibernation that causes it.

Now I've got a worse problem, now I can connect after the update, but when I select any of the teams, it just shows me team's image background
