These errors are from the VScripts. Have you modified them? Maybe you need to verify your server files.

Basically the same way you installed it.

steamcmd +login anonymous +force_install_dir ../csgo +app_update 740 validate +quit

i test it but i see "Up Ready" massage.

What "Up Ready" message are you talking about?
You need to change the ../csgo to the path your game server is installed in.
