EDIT: Should provide more info;
- VPS is running Ubuntu 16.whatever is the newest
- Not running that toolchain beta either

My server apparently was down all of yesterday and I had no idea. This was the reason when I checked my server console through LGSM:

That was spammed many, many times. I checked the folder listed, and there was a .dmp file in it, but its ownership was set at 0400 for some odd reason. So I CHMOD'd the file to 0777 and rebooted the server. The minidump file disappeared. This leads me to believe that if the server tries to write another minidump file, this will happen again and my server will suffer from major downtime as a result. What the heck is going on here, and how can I stop it?

Also noticed some odd error lines in my log file, but they're unrelated so I've spoiler'd them

Minidumps are a symptom of a crash, not a cause. The game only tried to create them in its crash handler.

Ah....I'm also assuming it's SourceMod-related due to the dump location.
