Description:
This let's you control the recoil of all the weapons by cvars.
The cvars contain values that will multiply the recoil of the weapon.

Needs: FakeMeta; HamSandWich

Cvars:
amx_recoil_mode 0/1/2 | 0 - Off, 1 - the plugin will follow each weapon cvar, 2 - the plugin will only use the amx_recoil_all cvar

All the cvars work this way: 2.0 twice recoil, 0.5 half of the recoil, 0.0 no recoil!

Just a quick inquiry, does the recoil look bad like when people have no recoil and their gun model is all over the place?

Try to see what it happens when setting recoil to 0.0 and to 10.0.
