Tested in in TF2, the same problem:

very fun plugin, but crashes my windows-based server.
Any idea how to fix it?

I enabled this on the server a few nights ago, and it was a big hit. One person in my community made a video of some of the shenanigans.

The above version doesn't seem to work in newer snapshots of 1.5; the attached version does.

PLEASE report any issues. This was tested on SourceMod 1.5.0-dev+3834.

Also, the attached version prohibits dead/spectating players from deploying jumppads. ROOT admins can bypass this limitation. The access level can be overridden by placing the fake command sm_jp_usedead in your Overrides.
