I have the item giver\receiver plugin, but I double that's the case.

Bots won't pickup Tier 3 weapons if they have their Tier 2 "favorites", ie Ellis will not grab the m60 if he has a sniper, Coach with autoshotty/spas etc. At least that was my experience so far.

Yep, was coming to post the same thing. I was playing a campaign today and noticed none of the bots would pickup the tier3... then I realized they all already had their preferred weapon.

If it's "Native is not bound" then it doesnt make any sense. Reinstall actions extension to be sure you are on latest version.

You could test setting one or more of the bots to have a preference of 0.
