Uh... I installed AMX Mod X, but I dont know what the Listen Server is, and I cant really play with a dedicated server with me on it otherwise it LAGS. I dont have Half-Life, I have Half-Life 2.. Does that really matter?

You can't use amxmodx on half life 2, it is only for half life 1 games. The listen server is just a normal game, when you press create server, that is a listen server.

you need counter-strike, condition zero or other games that you play with

No no, I meant i have CZ, but it said something about "Browse for HL Folder", I was just wondering if that had anything to do with this.

So, If I click "New Multiplayer game" in CZ, Thats a listen server?

yes, it's a listen server.

put it in czero/addons.

I want it to be with Condition Zero.
