Well If anyone has any idea what could be wrong please lend me a hand here. Been sitting on this computer for many hours asking and trying to do it myself reading instructions and still no good outcome.

Here is how to do it from scratch

Extract amxmodx base to the folder czero, it should create a folder called addons/amxmodx and everything will go in there.
Extract the cstrike addon to the folder czero.
Extract metamod.dll to czero/addons/metamod/dlls
In czero/addons/metamod/plugins.ini put this line

win32 addons/amxmodx/dlls/amxmodx_mm.dll

and delete every other line.

It should now work.

Well the last straw has been made but i was also wondering if this has a problem installing into my computer what will happen if i buy a server for whatever cost it is i hope that it wont do this to me and then i have paid for it already?? Anyone know?

Because AMXX isn't hard to set up whether for both, so you must learn how to do it right and then upload it. It's not hard for crying out loud..=\

Secondly, many server companies have AMX, AMXX or whatnot already installed for you, which can make it easier, and some will install it for you if needed.
