Ok , i run my server with amxx all works good but i got problem with making me admin , how i understand i go to config files and user.ini
and change last line
like
"Excellent" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"
what i need to do now in game i try amx_kick and its say that i cant use it ppc help plz

"de" is for ip address with no password. I think using a steam id is better. try the following:

"STEAM_0:0:0000000" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "ce"

Try to do this:
"Your_Nick_Name" "Your_Password" "flags" "a"
Then before you join your server type in console: setinfo _pw Your_Password, then you can join your server as admin and no1 else can use your nickname.
And also uncomment "loopback" if it's commented.
Flag ''a'' is for to be disconnected on invalid password.
