I was wrong about CS:GO dedicated server not using server.so as I stated earlier, but you can use the same technique to find the right function in server.so as in server.dll by comparing it to server_i486.so

I did try to find the right function myself and I'm fairly certain this is it, I tested it briefly and it seems to be working.
