Maybe it doesn't trigger other hooks, try to replace ExecuteHam with ExecuteHamB.
It should kill player, though.
Btw, any errors in console?

ExecuteHamB is only needed if you want to catch it in RegisterHam(Ham_TakeDamage, "player",..) callback.

Yeah it does. It kills the player, but the kills and deaths are not being picked up by amx rank.

Try for yourself...

I hope my idea of blowing up a grenade on the player, works.
