Give weapon plugin csgo?

Im currently looking for a good give weapon plug in for csgo, iv tried a few that work but its all console bound. Im trying to look for something that will work where you type !giveweapon on the chat and a menu appears and it will give it to u. Would anyone know of a good giveweapon plugin that does this with sourcemod?
