REQ PLugin random respawn once per round

Hi can somebody help me please with a plugin if is possible ? i can't find it on google idk if exists.. but i want a plugin wich WILL RESPAWN 1 PLAYER FROM BOUTH TEAM ct/t EVERY ROUND RANDOM ! a dead player, after 1 minut since the round start... if is possible

But please Tell me first if i m correct

Yes exactly.

And if u can put some messages

X player and x player are lucky and got respawn
