can anyone help me to know what is the webmod and what is do for the server and can you give me it (download file) and how i can install it in my server.

I know the web mod, which is a metamod plugin like amxx, podbot, hlbooster, etc.
don't know anything about metamod source and sourcemod.

It basically hosts a small web server via metamod plugin.
