Upgrading PHPbb 2- Need help

Hi im trying to upgrade phpbb 2 to the latest version and ive followed all the instructions but there is one tiny problem-
What is the name of my database?

If anyone could tell me how to find out, i'd appreciate it very much

Go to config.php..

open config.php...

Find this line

Code:

 $dbname = "hereisyourdbname";

that's your DB name

cpanel/directadmin/plesk/vhcs/whatever control panel you use, login, go to mysql databases (or whwateveR), there's a list of mysql databses there, which one contains your phpbb data

Thank JJ i will +karma ASAP but i have a prob i cant do add currently..And for the last few days. Tell me how to add and i will add. (Yeah ive checked the +/- thing nxt to ure karma status thing it AINT THERE.)
