Is it possible to make a plugin so I can adjust the DOD weapon damages to realistic damages..?

it's possible, well, kind of.

you can give health back to a player that is shot at, or reduce his helth more, but if someone gets a headshot, he's dead, so you can't really
lower the damage of shots that hit the head.

but you can reduce each gun's damege or make it make more damage.
