That one is good but if you like things simple this is the one to get, faster to setup.

ps: can a admin approve this plugin, there is another prefix that Franc1sco posted above but this one is much more simple and will make it easy for new server developers.

You're asking for an approval for a system that no longer exists... And even if it did exist this doesn't follow the guidelines you are missing a few things to get it approved.
I didnt realize dropping two files into your sourcemod folder was that difficult for new developers, and I included a way to add custom colors, however I should go back and revise this plugin to make it one complete plugin.
