I can't see why that should do any difference, you get any error in you server console or client console when a admin join?
And you have checked that "sm_adminjs_path" is setted right? sm_cvar sm_adminjs_path

But its finish within less than 1 second.

Is sow\admin_alert.mp3 in you TF2 folder? On you client.
And sow\admin_alert.mp3 is on the server right?

try "sow/admin_alert.mp3" then, sourcemod builds path with / instead of \

I have noticed that it tries to download the file if i give the worng path.
But if i type in the right path it downloads nothing.

Can you add admin flags support i want to plugin play sound only when admin with flag n joins
Also when plugin plays sound ? When admin is already on server and he can hear sound too or when message appears (Player name) is now joining
