This error is always get and I don't know what to do. Windows BTW

GC Connection established for server version 2000258, instance idx 1 MasterRequestRestart Your server is out of date. Please update and restart.

Note: I changed the version to 2000258 from 1575 but with 1575 still I got the same error.
With Windows?
