Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum and I'd have a little question: I'm trying to install podbots for local use and I followed the installation guide provided by the forum. Still I don't get it to work, metamod itself seems to be working but when entering the command "meta list", no plugin will be shown, not AMX, neither podbot.
I'd be happy about every helpful comment, it's frustrating to not be able to find your own errors.

Usually, if you see nothing, it means metamod did not try to load something, so this only means there is an error in plugins.ini (addons/metamod/), like a missing or wrong line. You should copy-paste here.

the only problem is that's what I basically did, it doesn't seem to recognize what it's in my .ini file. Maybe it's because I probably don't get this line in the tutorial:

// for Mc OSX: osx: linux addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dylib
osx addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dylib

so what would I have to type in to make it work? I tried:

osx: linux addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dylib
and
osx addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dylib

None of them seems to work for me, what should the file look like though?

"osx addons/podbot/podbot_mm.dylib" should be okay. Unless there is no such file in this folder. Also make sure plugins.ini is well named this way and not like plugins.ini.txt.
What metamod version do you use?

Try to add "meta_debug 8" for example in server.cfg.
Start the server, and see if you see interesting message from metamod.
If no, type "meta refresh", it should give some useful informations.
