AMXBans discontinued?

Their page amxbans.net does seems working....
so this plugin is no longer supported and discontinued???

From what i have read, some newbies tried to maintain it and they failed.
There is a new project name hlbans if i'm correct, and waiting their release you can DL old but working amxbans version (5.0 i think) on their site.

hlxban is a NEW project, though they still support, it seems, amxbans.
