More bugs

-Rock paper siccors has wrong values, as in siccor wins from rock. I didin't expirience it myself, a player reported this on our forum.
-Rebels dont turn red in cs:go.
-Also, someone can start an LR with a ct thats allready in LR

Suggestion for ChangeRebelStatus improvement:

Make a third trule/false argument that would determine if hosties plugin should color the rebels using the values determined in the hosties cfg, or false, if the dev want to do it themselves

did you upload the sounds to the server?

1. fixed
2. should be tested, check your cfg file first, does coloring rebels is on? if it is what are the color values?
3. me and databomb started several LRs before merging AutoStart feature and after,we could not start LR with same player.

Also, not sure if the T announce 'Rebel' is suppose to say to the whole server or just to T's? I think it only announces to the person itself?
It annouces to the whole server if it is on, else to no-one.

DorCoMaNdO, i upload all the files... Fastdownloads works great, the other sounds of hosties works nice... Only the freekill doesn't work...

how do i set rules and stuff on cs go the !rules thing just freezes for my server

Would be nice if there was two more conditions for Rebels turning a color/being reported as a rebel.

sm_hosties_rebel_weapons = weapons to exclude from causing a T to turn a rebel color/being reported a rebel.

sm_hosties_rebel_damageonly = only reports a T for being a rebel if they do damage to a CT. Also taking into consideration sm_hosties_rebel_weapons.

2. Its on yes + the red value is 255, rest is zero like it should be.
3. I got multiple people reporting the same thing, must be true. I'll double check it myself tonight.

Btw, cheers for the quick fixes on the svn i'll try them tonight.
