Hello, I would like a parachute plugin to give to vips like this one but only for vips (ADMIN_LEVEL_H)

and id like to remove the other commands and just let the parachute fallspeed:
parachute_fallspeed "100" - speed of the fall when you use the parachute

And to peoples who aren't VIP/Admin a message is showed 'You are not VIP to have those abilities. Buy VIP: 'website' and get those nice abilities. <- If they say /parachute
