Hero Idea: Orgasmo

i was flipping threw channels at around 4

0 am, right before i went to sleep and i saw an old movie i watched a while back "Orgasmo"

the main character has an "Orgasmo Ray" when he zaps somone with it they go into a trance and start having an orgasm

So there for his powers should be:
Has a Ray (get best "ray" model you can, well deside weapon when we find a model)
when shot with ray you start going sort of blind as though you are shutting your eyes, you also shake a lil and slow down like Hulk

CS stands for Counter-Strike and not for Cyber-Sex.. An Orgasm sound in game.. omfg.. If I wanna hear an orgasm, I can look porns or something like that.. I wouldn't really like servers that would have this hero..

if this hero get made DONT add a sound
but theres somthing else this guy must have he can only shoot 1 each enemie once each round but if he shoots and misses it doesnt matter
