I'm not sure.
Only if I knew, in Linux, how to check "Users" and "Groups".
"Others" are rest of outsiders. CHMOD 770 should work also, I guess.

Please educate yourself more about linux before getting a dedicated machine or at least get someone to help you with the setup.
