Any one else having this problem?

I have a Win 32 2k3 box that I dedicated to just TF2.
32 Slot, 30 Visible, 2 reserved for Admins.
It's a 24/7 2Fort server

The game runs fine at full, but after a few days of it not changing maps, the server gets choppy or laggy even with 4 players or so on it.

Now I know I can lower the Max wins so the map reloads 2fort more often, but map reloads tend to make people stop playing.

Wondering if anyone known why this is happening, or what I can do about it?

Yes its because you dont have the server reseting. This is why most people have their servers on a timelimit.

If you leave it 24/7 without changing maps, it starts to get screwy. It has to do with the memory/cache I believe.
We have our servers set to around 4-6 hours.
