Just as an FYI. When you 'disable' rcon with the no password method you can still use amx_rcon if you need to do so.

What that guy did not saied is that this server is running dproto also and outdated server binaries, so nothing that realy is of interest what he does in his vid.

That's all you can say? dproto,dproto,dproto?
Is a "glitch" in the hl engine,or maybe a backdor let in the amxmodx or metamod.That's how he uploads files to server even with sv_allowdownload,sv_allowupload to 0.
All the exploits since now worked on steam/nonsteam.

I never heard about a backdoor in amxx or metamod. If there was you would definate see a news about that here.
But i heard about half a dozend of exploids for dproto and the 5759 and before versions of hlds.
