Hello,

just wanted to say, that this is definitely a fun plugin, its been installed on our server and so far, its gotten good feedback. Look forward to more updates.

As for more ideas:

Headphones of Silent Doom
"Reduce stress with less noise!"
-Headphones allow no sound (or muffled) for x amount of time, in exchange everyone else can you hear you coming really loudly!

or this for everyone else but "the gifted."

Iron Curtain (10 Seconds)
"It stop bullet!" in heavies voice!
-Given a ubershield.

Medusa's Glare (15 Seconds)
"Hey, wh-"
-Opponents are frozen if they are caught staring at you. You have 20% visibility (as in screen is blurred and darkened).

Gravity Gun ( lasts 10 seconds)(vs the Hot Air Balloon)
"Bring 'em down to your level!"
-If you shoot an enemy, their gravity becomes 15% heavier and 5% slower for 10 seconds, not counting the 10 seconds the "gifted" player has the effect for.

Can you separate the presents into admin commands? So you can like, toggle it on people and yourself?

fyi it has it's own section in the admin menu that does just that.

I sent you a pm but anyways..

The teleport needs a radius check. I dont know if thats possible to find only the ammo/health packs within a radius, but it needs one. I was trying to think of what radius would eliminate that bug, but its kind of hard to say without testing. Probably be in the 2000-5000 range?

Any stage map(goldrush,dustbowl,etc), the teleport can take you to stage 2/3 even if you just came out of the gates on stage 1. This would put players in the other stages, which basically forces them to kill themselves, or screw around in that stage by themselves.

I have teleport disabled for that very reason. When i first put this plugin on my server, people weren't really 100% on it, but when i removed dance fever, teleport, and ring of conflict, they loved it.

FYI: You can stand on the same teleport spot and be teleported back to the original place you grabbed the present.

Why dance fever, I think that is like the greatest one I have seen. I wish it would choose specific taunts as some taunts are shorter than others.

How do I properly use "sm_effect" ?

I have tried

sm_effect @me "EFFECT_LUCKY"

(as in from the effect.cfg) but it doesnt work

I have also tried

sm_effect @me "Lucky Sandwhich"

(as in from the admin menu label) but it doesnt work

Whenever I do sm_effect @me anything, it gives me a random effect.

Nevermind, turns out the effects are numbered.

So since Lucky Sandwhich is the first on the list, sm_effect @me 1 is for lucky sandwhich and etc.


Also : A list of commands on the frontpage would be nice.

A) Yes I know you can stand on the same spot and be teleported back, but the players in my server don't, and I'm sick of telling them, because they always move, so it was removed as it doesn't really add anything in the first place.
B)Dance party is cool, but some people don't like it.
C)Ring of conflict was removed because after you get it, your dominations dissapear.
Once i removed these three presents, people stopped ragequitting because the entire server was taunting, or stuck in the wrong stage on dustbowl.

Any way you can put some gravity on gifts so they do not stay in the air on low gravity servers? Thank you

I finally figured it out, but this plugin is crashing my server, I'll try and get some errors and get back to you.
