There is a why to integrate your server with your IRC channel so everyone sees everything that is typed on either the channel or server.

Why not start an irc channel and use this http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=345247.
That plugin has all you need for reaching an admin on IRC, and much much more.

Dude its being made there are a couple bugs in the coding that we are trying to fix
