I'd like to make make a plugin for CS: GO please, this plugin must just make respawn players death. wholesale this plugin must just make reappear the players death 12 second after their death, unarmed except where the knife

If you're requesting from people to make a plugin for you, you should post in the appropriate section (under "Plugin/Gameplay Ideas and Requests").

If you need "help" in itself, then read wiki for scripting and others code... (you doesn't seem to be looking for scripting help AFAIC read thought).
