Request to create a rank and top plugin for CSGO

Hello,

I have a request to create a plugin rank and top 10 to do for the mod Armsrace CsGo.

Le plugin doit compter le nombre de victoires en mode Armsrace et lorsqu'un joueur par exemple tape
"!rar" he sees in which position he is in the general classification and if he types "! topar10" he will be able to see who are the 10 best players of armsrace mod.
