I type the following command "sm plugins list" are error in your plugins.

31 <Error> "Auto Team Scramble" (2.2.0) by RedSword / The Bob Ponge
32 <failed> "Teams Management Interface" (1.2.0) by RedSword / Bob Le Ponge
Load Errors:
Auto Team Scramble: unlabeled to find plugin: Teams Management Interface

Well you got it. TMI isn't found.

Were you late-loading them/one of them ?

If so try loading TMI before ATS.

If not, then tell me your SM version.

Please reply as if this corrected your problem.

I SourceMod v1.5.0-dev installed on the server

?

as i can see you are also putting the sp and smx in the translations folder
