ok i tested it on our server and i am not sure if this was supposed to happen so, if i use the hero there should be a limit of fireballs or cooldown, first we used the default values in the sma and then set them much lower but i still have unlimited fireballs with a cooldown of 0, put that to 10 (i think these are seconds, but i dont know u didnt comment it)
think this is not the way it is supposed to work, but anyhow the hero works but atm TOTALLY IMBA
