Post here the results of the sm plugins list and sm exts list commands, use these commands on your server console.

If possible, also get the most recent error logs from the server, located in the folder csgo addons/sourcemod/logs.

For some reason, I can't install this on my server. I followed all the installation steps you wrote there for that order and it doesn't work still.
I tried different PTaH versions (all above 1.1.0), the plugins don't even load (checked using sm plugins).

The plugins loaded once but they didn't work either.

@Kgns can you help me with this doubt? Would plugin support web interface?

For example, I would like to enter a site where there would be all CSGO inventory, all skins and knives, there the player would only choose the skins and knife he wants and when he connects to the server he would already have the kits equipped.

Does something like that compatible with your plugin already exist or would it be possible to do?

I don't know if something already exists but it certainly is possible to create one. Data is stored in either a MySQL server or an SQLite file both of which can be used with any web application
