Hello.

Found an interesting bug.
When start new round on new map all people able to move normally.
When someone kills someone else, the one who killed in the next round can't move with cvar mp_freezetime 0 , until infect or buy a gun ...

Try disabling any sub-plugins that may change player's maxspeed and test again.

Change the speed only in Zombies classes...

may be a problem in determining the speed?
in your zombie classes:

No, the speed plugin works like this. If the speed is less then 10.0, then a multiply system is used (1.0 = normal speed, 2.0 = twice as fast). Above this number and you are setting their actual speed, where 260.0 is normal knife speed, 520.0 would be twice as fast.

how about if the zombie plague sub-plugin that sometimes uses the speed like speed boost in ZP4.3, but it doesn't even disturb the real speed player?
