When I see a sourcemod with only a sp and a smx file, how do i get it as a plugin to enable it at the tab sourcemod? I work with csgosl.

As Bacardi said.... Move the file with .smx extension into your 'plugins' folder. It will load along with all other plugins in that folder on map change.

The file with the .sp extension is not needed unless you want to edit/compile it. If so, you'll want to put it into your 'scripting' folder.

I recommend not to use such a shady gamepanel (csgosl), especially when you're new at gameserver hosting.
On incorrect using with this panel you could get a GSLT ban.

First learn the 'default' way, how to host source server with sourcemod & plugin. So we can help you much better when you run in issues.
