Question to FollowCSGOServerGuidelines

two questions:
1.
Is FollowCSGOServerGuidelines set to yes by default? Just looked into my core.cfg and there is no "FollowCSGOServerGuidelines".
2.
As long as FollowCSGOServerGuidelines is set to yes, is it impossible to get a GSLT ban?

It is. If your core.cfg doesn't have it, then it's older than when the setting was added.

There is no way we're going to guarantee anything like that.
