I haven't played CSGO yet but I am very well aware of it. I have played Cs 1.6 for some years casually. I mean I am not a good player but I know everything and I am OK level player in clans. Important thing is I enjoy it.

Now I know CSGO has different graphics and few other weapons and maybe rules.

But would the transitioning from old cs1.6 to this CSGO be easy for me since I already have experience of it's old generation game i.e., cs 1.6?

Or it wont help as gameplay is significantly different? And I would be shagle voojio like just another new player who haven't heard about any counter strike games and now wants to play it?

Some things are changed, such as graphics and some gameplay mechanics, but the only issue you will probably have is to get used to the wheel buy menu which is very fast with a few mouse clicks (once you got used to it, that is). Apart from that, takes a bit of time to get used to weapons spray patterns but I suggest to watch War0wl on youtube and use a training map by subscribing to it into csgo workshop on steam. It is better than 1.6 anyway.
