[CS:GO] Lots of new cvars in Danger Zone update

Not sure if this was mentioned elsewhere, but there were over 100 new cvars added since the Danger Zone update. A lot of nice features that may be able to replace some plugins with official support.
I am personally thankful for sv_talk_after_dying_time , I really hope this gets implemented in MM. I know I'm going to on my 5v5 servers. It restricts dead people talking to their alive teammates to X amount of time after death. A much needed feature.
