Changed game play on de type maps (de_dust etc). Terrorists must first find the C4 that spawns at specified random locations on the map.
Counter-terrorists can pick up the bomb from its initial position. If the CT drops the bomb, no CT will be able to pick it up
for the remainder of the round. This can be disabled by setting cvar "cts_can_pickup_c4" to 0.

To add a spawn point on a map, bind a key to client command amx_c4addspawnhere,
then run around on your map and hit that key wherever you want a C4 spawn. C4 spawn points are shown
with the normal backpack symbol and some colourful glow so they are easy to spot while you do this.

To delete a C4 spawn point, position yourself close to a spawn point, and use another command, amx_c4removespawn.
The closest C4 spawn will start blinking to show that it is "selected". If you press amx_c4removespawn again within 5
seconds, that C4 spawn point will be removed.
Note: When you start placing C4 spawn points, the C4 spawn points will be visible until you toggle their visibility off
with the command amx_c4showspawn.
As long as a map has no C4 spawn points, nothing will be changed; one of the terrorists will have the bomb from start as usual.

Included in the release archive should be a couple of C4 spawn configs for a few maps, like de_dust, de_dust2 and de_inferno, to show
how it can be done.

Modules needed: engine, fakemeta, fun, cstrike
Needs the Custom Maps Cfg addon plugin made by me: http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=56949 to work.
