For example, when you launch a m203, the nade will push the victim and will stopped if the nade and/or pushed victim touched the wall/worldspawn. I have tried SOLID_NOT, MOVETYPE_NOCLIP, SOLID_TRIGGER, but no luck, the entity will stopped at the origin of victim after touching them. Already did some search but still no clue..

When it touches the victim, should the nade?
1- Knock the victim back and explode immediately
2- Knock the victim back, and bounce the opposite direction?
3- Knock the victim back, and travel at the same speed as the victim is knocked back

Do you mean if the victim is hiding behind a wall or something the victim shouldn't be effected with the knockback force/damage?

something like this, pushing enemy until vec_length is zero then it will explode

I think one version of Spear Gun by Dias push you all the way back before explode.

yes similar to speargun, but i want it to push enemy all the way back until touch any CONTENTS_SOLID

i can confirm THIS WORKS as i want, but the downside is have to set to SOLID_TRIGGER to make nade push player (with some vector adjustments). if set to SOLID_BBOX it will bounces randomly
