I've been looking and looking for a mod that will auto activate admins that all of the major CS servers seem to have have but I for some reason cant find it. Could someone please link me to a mod like this.

Well you know on most servers... you pay for admin and within a minute you have it unless they hire monkeys to site and do this all day there must be a mod

There is no mod or plugin for that. You or some one will have to give them admin.

It's possible but there's nothing like this public and plenty of work goes into this.
It's also possible without any extra plugins.
