Been a server admin since early 2000s (started CS in 1999) and, for whatever reason, the CS2 binary binds to 0.0.0.0 on UDP instead of the specific -ip address specified in launch options. This worked with CS 1.6 but does not work in CS2. Valve, please fix!

OK I am back after 9 months off!
I just got the ds+mm+cs2+some plugins running and want to list the cs2 plugins I loaded.

What are the cs2 built console commands?

The equivalent of
sm plugins list

and any other cs2 commands...

I read all the docs and could not find the cs2 built in console commands!
