Does SourceBans clear "admin_groups.cfg"

Because my admin_groups.cfg file keeps getting cleared out.

EDIT: Server seems to be crashing itself, followed by clearing out my admin_groups.cfg file, followed by reporting that it can't parse admins_simple.ini

It can do if theres been a poor configuration with the server ID. Make sure its set up properly.

Well it has been installed properly. I know what I'm doing, but obviously SourceBans 1.4.11 doesn't know what it's doing
