That only has some of the fixes.

Plugins using GiveNamedItem may still have issues, as well as plugins using the BuyCommand forward or WeaponID natives.

No im running Zombie reloaded. This is running latest snapshot

I tried with the last stable snapshot 1.5, still have issue with GivePlayerItem; and crash immediatly with 1.6 dev.

I tried latest as well, crashed. So I am just going to wait it out and turn off sourcemod.
