Would be great if you add some cvars, like:

commons: 20
multiplier: 4

20 + 4players * multi = 24
20 + 8players * multi = 52
with this, you can handle the commons more excatly.

im also missing some cvars for spawn times: z_mob_spawn_min_interval_normal, z_mob_spawn_max_interval_normal (advanced, expert)
(same for your special infected plugin)

I'm not sure the intervals should change depending on how many players there are. The fact that the numbers decrease is good enough, but would you want the intervals to increase as players go down, or up? Because as a single player, I wouldn't want fewer mobs, just smaller ones. But I also wouldn't want fewer mobs with more players, either.

Also, those cvars don't have much of an effect in the special regulator since the spawn intervals are done with timers. At most they might occasionally give a "lucky break" where no specials spawn during the allowed times.

I also don't understand where you're going with adding a multiplier. The number of players is the multiplier or divider as it stands - with one fourth of the players, you get one fourth of the infected. With twice as many players, you get twice as many infected. What's wrong with that?

Hi Hi,

Any update on this plugin? Let say I running 8 player coop. Which Cvar should I set? I am confused on the cvar setting.

Hi munch,
Let say I running 8 players. So the cvar must put inside server.cfg right?
commonregulator_commons*30. 30 is for 4 player. So I set 60 for 8 player?

Ok if I am running 10 coop player.

can I still use the below CVAR?

Cvars
commonregulator 1, Allow common infected regulation? 1: Yes, 0: No
commonregulator_commons 30, Common infected limit for four players
commonregulator_commons_background 20, Background number of common infected for four players
commonregulator_megamob 50, Mega-mob size for four players
commonregulator_mobmin 10, Minimum mob spawn size for four players
commonregulator_mobmax 30, Maximum mob spawn size for four players

commonregulator_commons 30, Common infected limit for four players - If you had 8 players then you would get 60 even though the setting 30

if there where only 2 players in game you would get 15. with 10 players you would get 75

It would have been easier to understand if the modder had made it
commonregulator_commons_per_player 10 (Common infected limit PER player)
