How can you not have a compiler if you have AMXX? Search for a tutorial on how to compile plugins properly. It's the most basic thing everyone should know. You have all the needed files, use them.

Sorry for misunderstanding, I want like ALLCHAT that players can read ALIVE's chat and alive read dead chat versa but not SAY_TEAM's.

Set this to 1 - it's exactly what you described.

But if I leave it like that nothing happens? Nothing from configuration file would work if I didn't touch? Or should something be turned off?
