Hello,

I've been hosting a server for quite a while now, but I came to realise that !vip command trail does not save. That is if I leave the server and join back I will have to type !vip and set my trail again. Same thing after map change

Another issue is that if I use !ban command and I ban somebody for, lets say, 24 hours, the ban will be gone after map change, but If I permantently ban somebody it will stick.

How do I fix those 2 issues?

After issuing !vip and enabling trail multiple times there are no logs whatsoever regarding this action.
Is there any other location of database logs?

There's nothing in the logs. I can provide you each and every log, but there's nothing coming up if I use /vip or change my trails anyhow
